Staff Survey
We value the opinions of all our staff from teachers to site team and kitchen staff to senior leaders. The annual staff survey allows us to reflect on the perceptions of staff linked to a variety of areas from workload, wellbeing, CPD and day-to-day operations.
We work collaboratively with our staff to continually review our working practices and refine these to ensure we offer the very best possible provision to all members of our school community.

To reduce teacher workload, teachers work collaboratively within subject areas to develop the curriculum and to produce shared lesson materials.
All staff at Â鶹ŮÀÉ are enrolled onto our Expert Teacher Programme, so they have access to high-quality, continuous professional development regardless of their level of experience.
At Â鶹ŮÀÉ, we have a dedicated team of Lead Teachers who manage and support the development of teaching and learning across the academy. These exceptional classroom practitioners model pedagogical approaches within their own subject area and also provide curriculum level and individual teacher support academy-wide.
The non-teaching pastoral team are always available to ensure the Behaviour for Learning Policy is applied consistently. As a result, teachers are able to focus on the learning in their classroom.
